Please note that you may return your item/s only if they are defective, damaged, or not as described on the website in order to be eligible for a return. Also, you have to inform the courier of these defects upon receiving your item/s. Please note that if you wish to return your item/s without there being any faults or defects, you will be obliged to pay 20% of the total amount of the order placed. Please contact us at the customer service number to arrange any refund or exchange.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Please check all the items in your order before the courier leaves as accessories & small items cannot be returned because they are considered breakable items. If you’ve received a small item that is damaged in any way, please give the courier the item/s back and contact one of our customer service numbers to schedule an exchange or return.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Our refund policy is 14 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period has passed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
